Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and Weekbell for your use of Weekbell. By using Weekbell you agree to them.

The service

Weekbell lets you upload your own photos and videos, write captions, and schedule them to publish on Instagram and TikTok accounts you connect. Weekbell is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Meta, Instagram or TikTok.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and allowed to use Instagram and TikTok.
• You may only connect social accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
• You are responsible for activity in your Weekbell account and for keeping your Google account secure.

Your content

• You keep all rights to your content. You give us a limited license to store, process and transmit it only to provide the service, for example to send it to Instagram or TikTok when you schedule it.
• You confirm you have the rights to everything you publish, including music, images and anything featuring other people.
• You are responsible for following Instagram's Terms of Use and Community Guidelines and TikTok's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Music Usage Confirmation and Branded Content Policy, including disclosing paid partnerships.
• Weekbell never adds watermarks or branding to your content.

Acceptable use

Don't use Weekbell to post spam, to post content you didn't create or don't have rights to, to copy content from other creators or platforms, to evade platform limits, or for anything illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability

We work to publish every post on time, but Instagram and TikTok can delay, reject or limit posts, and services sometimes go down. Weekbell is provided "as is" without warranties, and we are not liable for posts that are delayed or not published, or for indirect losses, to the extent the law allows.

Ending

You can stop using Weekbell and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may end or suspend access if you break these terms.

Changes and contact

We'll post changes here. Continuing to use Weekbell after a change means you accept it. Contact: support@weekbell.com.
